Promotional Pens & Writing
The workhorse of promotional merchandise, and still the cheapest reminder you can hand someone.
Plastic, metal, bamboo and recycled. Pens run in higher volumes than anything else here, which is why the branding area matters more than it looks: a barrel gives you a narrow strip and the artwork has to be legible in it.
Most pens take pad print. Metal barrels take laser engraving. We will tell you which suits the artwork when we quote it.

How we brand pens & writing
Pad print for full-colour on plastic barrels · Laser engraving on metal and bamboo.
Which methods a specific item takes depends on the item, and we'll confirm it when we quote.

How long it usually takes
Every one of these starts from artwork approval, not from when the order is placed.
These are typical rather than a ceiling, and every date is confirmed before you commit. Plenty of jobs move faster. If you are working to a deadline, tell us early and we'll tell you straight away whether it's achievable.

Common questions
How small can the logo go?
The barrel sets the limit, and it is narrower than most people expect. Send us the logo and we will tell you whether it will read at that size or whether it needs simplifying - which is usually dropping a tagline rather than redrawing anything.
Ordering merch with uniforms or print?
Quoted together they're set up as one job, which is what keeps the colours consistent across a polo, a flyer and a branded bottle.

Most quotes come back the same business day. Give us quantity, branding and deadline, and we can usually map out a way to get there.
