How long it usually takes
Every one of these starts from artwork approval, not from when the order is placed.
These are typical rather than a ceiling, and every date is confirmed before you commit. Plenty of jobs move faster. If you are working to a deadline, tell us early and we'll tell you straight away whether it's achievable.
Need a handful of shirts quicker than that? Our sister brand, Tiddys, can complete orders in as little as three days when needed, with no minimum order quantities.

- Vector files go straight through. A logo pulled off a website usually needs redrawing first.
- A repeat order.
- If we've made it before, we skip the proof and go straight into production.
- One decoration.
- One logo, one position, one size across the whole order is one production run.
- Stocked garments.
- Some products are held locally; others are ordered in. We'll tell you which is which when we quote.
- Deciding quickly.
- The clock starts when artwork is approved. A proof sitting in an inbox for three days is three days of your lead time.
