Government & events

National Science Week

The brief
Event merchandise and crew shirts for a public science festival.
The catch
A fixed public date, sponsor logos needing approval, and volunteer numbers that moved twice.
What we did
Crew and volunteer shirts printed in-house, plus delegate items kitted and packed ready to hand out.
The result
Delivered ahead of the event with spare stock for late volunteer sign-ups.

Hospitality & corporate

Multi-site hospitality group

The brief
Front-of-house uniforms across several venues, reordered continuously as staff turn over.
The catch
Everything goes through a commercial wash several times a week, and prints were cracking within months.
What we did
Moved the full-colour work to UltraColour™, which the hot wash cycle justified, and set up a Digital Showroom™ so each venue orders its own replacements.
The result
Reorders now take minutes, and the artwork never gets re-sent.

Schools

ACT primary school P&C

The brief
Year 6 leavers gear plus house and carnival shirts.
The catch
Two hundred families, individual sizes, and a P&C treasurer who did not want to collect cash.
What we did
A group store opened for three weeks, parents ordered and paid individually, then everything ran as one production run.
The result
No float, no spreadsheet, and delivery sorted and labelled for handout.
