Efficiency Starts with Innovation
Our technology-driven approach optimises every step, from ordering to delivery, so you can work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
Most of the work in a uniform or merchandise program isn't production. It's the spreadsheet: collecting sizes, chasing payments, working out who ordered what, and finding out on the day that four people never replied.
There are two halves to how we take that away. Digital Showroom™ runs the ordering. We do everything after it.
The platform
Digital Showroom™
Your entire range on one link. Bespoke to you.
Someone in your organisation is the uniform person.
A Digital Showroom™ takes that off their desk without taking away the control. Your range is preloaded with your artwork and your pricing already applied, so there's no quoting, no back-and-forth email, and nothing to re-explain. People order. You approve. It goes into production.
It's also where your pricing lives. Everywhere else on this site work is quoted, because every job has different variables. Once you're set up, pricing agreed for your organisation - around the way it orders - sits against your approved range.

How it works
- 1
We build it around you
Your approved products, in your approved colours, with your artwork applied and your pricing loaded. Nobody orders the wrong shirt, because the wrong shirt isn't in there.
- 2
You choose who gets in
An open link anyone can order from, one shared password over the whole showroom, or a login per buyer so each person sees their own orders.
- 3
Your people order directly
Staff, site managers, parents or members order from the range you've signed off, at the price you've agreed, seeing a mockup of the item with your logo already on it.
- 4
Approvals happen your way
Route orders for approval, or let routine reorders run straight through. Admins see every order across every site, with full history in one place.
- 5
Orders come to us
Everything collects in one place and moves into production with no re-keying and no version confusion.
Two ways it gets set up
The same platform. What changes is who does the ordering, who approves, who pays, and where it gets sent.
For businesses and organisations
Uniform programs
Always open. Staff and site managers order as they need to, new starters get kitted out without anyone re-explaining the range, and the organisation is billed.
- Open continuously, order any time
- Branches and sub-branches that follow your structure, across every site
- Approvals at whatever level suits, or straight through for routine reorders
- Request forms, to collect what your team needs
- Cost centre and department allocation
- Reorder from history in a couple of clicks
For schools, clubs and societies
Group & team stores
Opens for a set window. Members browse, choose their size and pay for their own item, the store closes on your date, and the whole lot goes through as one production run. You don't collect a cent, or a size.
- Opens and closes on dates you set
- No upfront outlay and no stock risk
- A published closing date does the chasing for you
- Size guides on every product
- A rebate back to the group on every sale, if you want one
Three things you set, whichever way it runs
Payment, delivery and access are configured separately, so the same platform covers a P&C that can't touch money and a company that wants a single invoice.
Payment
- Members pay by card at checkout, so you never handle money
- Or the organisation is invoiced centrally, as one bill
- Or split it, with the organisation subsidising part
People only ever see the option you've chosen.
Delivery
- Shipped individually to each person's address
- Or to one location, sorted and labelled for handout
- Or held for collection, from you or from our Fyshwick warehouse
Set once, and it applies to every order that comes through.
Access
- An open link, for a public club or member store
- One shared password over the whole showroom
- A login per buyer, so each person keeps their own history
Change it whenever you need to.
Not sure what's best for you? Talk to our team - tell us how your group works, and we can usually find the most appropriate setup.
Your showroom, your way
A showroom is built for one organisation, so the rules are yours. These are set once and then apply to every order that comes through.
Pricing agreed with you
Developed for your organisation, around how much you order and how often. A single unit price, or price breaks that combine across a decoration - whichever suits the way you buy. It sits against your approved range, so your team orders at a known price without going back through a quote.
Built to your structure
Branches and sub-branches that mirror how your organisation is set up, with roles and responsibilities set per person. Approvals sit at whatever level makes sense, from a site manager to one person across everything.
A completion date at checkout
Your showroom carries the lead time we actually run for your work, so the expected completion date shows at checkout and on the confirmation email. Your artwork is already approved and loaded, so the clock starts when the order does.
Confirmations that send themselves
Order confirmations and updates go out automatically, so nobody is chasing you for a status and you aren't forwarding the same email every week.
Bundles and starter packs
Sell a tee, a hoodie and a cap together as one pack. The person picks their size for each item and orders the lot in one go, which is how a new starter or a new player should be kitted out.
Anything that isn't in the catalogue
Your range isn't limited to what a supplier stocks. Custom items sit alongside the catalogue products with their own colours, sizes and images.
For uniform programs and societies
Request forms
Whoever runs the program on your side builds a form from your range - which products are on it, and how many of each person can ask for - and sends it out. Everyone fills it in themselves.
It works the same for a site full of tradies, a volunteer crew, or a university society collecting orders from its members. Every request comes back to one place, so you can see exactly who asked for what, then turn the lot into a single bulk order in a couple of clicks.
It takes the job off the receptionist, business manager or committee member who used to chase every size by email, and turns it into a process you can run again next season.
- Choose which products are on the form
- Set how many of each item a person can request
- Share it with as many people as you need, as often as you need
- No prices shown - it collects requests, not payments
- Every request in one place, with who asked for what
- Convert approved requests into one bulk order in a couple of clicks
For clubs, schools and societies
Fundraising, without the spreadsheet
If your group takes a cut of every sale, build it into the store rather than working it out afterwards. Set it as a fixed amount, a percentage, or by naming the price you want members to pay.
- Applies to the products you choose, and not the ones you don't
- Works the same on a single price or on quantity price breaks
- Never shown to the buyer, who just sees the price
- Tracked automatically as orders are paid, so there's nothing to reconcile
The service
Production & end-to-end fulfilment
Everything that happens after the order is placed.
Digital Showroom™ collects the orders. This is the part where we make the thing and get it where it needs to go.
Because orders arrive structured rather than as a string of emails, they group straight into a production run. Everything carrying the same decoration runs together and quantities combine across sizes and colours, so production gets one clear job instead of a pile of individual orders.
We print, embroider or decorate in-house at Fyshwick, with quality control at every step. Then the run splits back into the individual orders it came from for packing, with packing slips, box labels and distribution lists, so it arrives ready to hand out rather than ready to sort.
It works the same way whether the order came through a Digital Showroom™, a group store, or straight from a quote.
Production
Printed, embroidered or decorated in our own building, on our own machines, with quality control at every step.
Kitting & packing
Welcome packs, conference kits and uniform bundles, assembled and packed so they arrive ready to hand out rather than ready to sort.
Distribution
Bulk to one address, split across multiple sites, or shipped direct to each recipient. Real-time tracking either way.
Event & conference kits
Tell us the date and the budget per head and we'll show you what's possible. Satchels, notebooks, pens, bottles, lanyards, programs and crew shirts, kitted and packed.
Events run backwards from a fixed date, and sponsor logos usually need approval before production. That's the step that catches people out.
Tell us the date. We'll tell you how it's possible.
Most quotes come back the same business day. Give us quantity, branding and deadline, and we can usually map out a way to get there.
