Put simply, we supply, decorate and distribute high-quality uniforms to a variety of industries Australia-wide.

We offer a variety of decoration techniques, so you can be sure we have a solution for you. A few factors can determine which method is the best for your order, including your logo (size and detail), order quantity, budget and timeframe. A bit unsure? Don't worry, our experts will guide you through each option and put forward the best solution for you.

The professional look.

Technically speaking, embroidery is the application of thread stitched onto a garment to replicate your logo. Makes sense right?

Our state-of-the-art embroidery machines are computer programmed, high speed and are designed to deliver a premium, hard wearing finish.

With a combined experience of over 25 years, you'd like to think we've learnt a thing or two when it comes to embroidery.  Our in-house embroidery production ensures full control over the process, resulting in fast turnaround times and a high quality finish.

The versatile option.

A huge range of application options and unlimited colours makes heat transfer vinyl (HTV) the perfect choice for small to medium-sized orders. HTV features the ability to edit and resize prints – highly customisable at a relatively low cost.

From numbers on jerseys to bags, pants, caps, polos and hoodies, HTV can be used across many textiles to bring your brand to life. Gradients and texture in your logo? No problem. With full colour digital prints, the possibilities are endless.

The next generation of heat transfer printing!

UltraColour™ is an Australian exclusive heat transfer solution that combines the fine detail and durability of screen-printing with the full-colour digital print technology.

Achieve ultra-fine detail and gradients with digital ink technology resulting in prints bright and rich in colour.  UltraColour™ is super durable, washable to 60°C  and has been tested beyond 50 washes.

The old faithful!

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a garment, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Bit technical right? We'll skip that part.

Screen printing is tried-and-true method of printing, and is often the go-to for larger orders, in particular those with only a few colours

The possibilities are literally endless.

Sublimation is a manufacturing process where the entire design of the jersey is directly pressed into the fabric. Everything from the colors of the jersey, the striping, logos, numbers and player names become part of the fabric, before being cut and sewn together to create the final product.

Due to the production process, the turnaround times can vary from 4-6 weeks and minimum orders are required.   Sublimated uniforms are most commonly used for sporting teams or clubs and schools.

  • What is your minimum order?

    Our minimum order is a quantity of 10 neck and below garments (tees, hoodies, shorts etc.) ordered through Capital Prints.  Headwear (all caps and beanies) is a minimum of 12 due to higher freight costs on low numbers !

  • What is your turnaround time?

    We pride ourselves on our in-house decoration and industry leading turnaround times !


    Standard lead time for most orders is 7-9 working days from final confirmation.  Final confirmation being quote approval art approval or payment. 


    Exceptionally large orders and busy periods may make lead times a little longer!

  • How does your pricing work?

    We understand that every order is unique and never the same!


    Our pricing is worked out  in your quote using our very sophisticated quoting system which takes into a number factors when calcuating a final price:

    1. Quantity. To put in simply, the more you order, the cheaper it becomes! Our pricing quantity wise is worked out in price breaks, eg a quantity of 5-9 is the most expensive. A quantity of 10-19 is cheaper and so on. 
    2. Decoration. Next factor to applied is what type of decoration is being applied (print or embroidery),  the number of decoration locations and then the size. For print, it is calculated on a size basis for each location and for embroidery it is on the stitch count. 
    3. Setup & Shipping. The last facor to be calculated is the setup and shipping if it is required. Setup can range between $20-$100 depending on a few factors like whether you are a new customer, vector files being supplied,  if artwork needs to be vectorised and/or if logos need to be digitised for embroidery. 

    As stated at the begginning each order is different, but all is taken into consideration and outlined very clearly in your quote for you, so no hidden fees are charged or misunderstood!


  • Can I provide my own garments?

    Yes you can! But we have some requirements as follows: 

    1. We require a strict minimum of 10 garments receiving exactly the same logo specifications (type, size, colour, location)
    2. All garments must be brand new/unworn and not washed.
    3. Unbag each item to avoid additional fees. This will ensure it moves through production faster too!
  • Do you do samples?

    We can provide samples as we understand some orders could be extra large or extra important. 


    Please note that samples can be costly as ordering and decorating small quantities isn't cost efficient for production or our suppliers.
