Our range runs from everyday event tees to heavyweight, premium-fit garments - because a t-shirt that gets worn twice and a t-shirt that becomes someone's favourite cost about the same to print, and the difference is the blank you start with.
AS Colour leads the range: 180 GSM combed cotton, pre-shrunk, reinforced neck ribbing and double-needle hems. If you want something heavier, softer, organic or oversized, we'll show you the options and what changes.

How we decorate t-shirts
Direct to Film (DTF) is our primary printing method for tees - suitable for full-colour designs, fine detail and a wide range of order quantities. Embroidery is another popular option, particularly for a left-chest or centre-chest logo.
How long it usually takes
Every one of these starts from artwork approval, not from when the order is placed.
These are typical rather than a ceiling, and every date is confirmed before you commit. Plenty of jobs move faster. If you are working to a deadline, tell us early and we'll tell you straight away whether it's achievable.
Need a handful of shirts quicker than that? Our sister brand, Tiddys, can complete orders in as little as three days when needed, with no minimum order quantities.

A note on setup
Most decorated orders carry some setup - preparing artwork for production, digitising a logo for embroidery, or getting a machine ready for a particular job. It's usually a one-off: once your artwork is prepared and on file, repeat orders reuse it.
Where setup applies, it's itemised on your quote before you commit to anything. You won't find it as a surprise on an invoice.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the decoration rather than the garment - the method, the size and the number of colours all matter. Tell us what you're after and we'll tell you straight away. If you only need a handful, there's a faster route.
Can you match my brand colours?
We match as closely as the method allows. Slight variation, up to 10%, can occur between a screen proof and a finished garment because of fabric, method and consumables. If exact matching is critical, ask for a physical sample first.
Can I supply my own shirts?
Yes. We'll decorate customer-supplied stock, though we can't take responsibility for damage during decoration - if something goes wrong we refund the decoration cost. We may also decline stock that isn't suitable for the method.
What file do you need?
Vector is best: EPS, AI or PDF. JPG or PNG usually works too; we'll tell you if it needs redrawing.
