Polo shirts are our biggest category, and they're mostly an embroidery job - a left-chest logo on a garment someone wears four days a week for two years. That puts the weight on two things: a blank that holds its shape through commercial washing, and stitching that still looks sharp after it.
The range covers corporate pique and performance knits through to hi-vis day and day/night compliant polos, in men's, women's and unisex fits, so a mixed team ends up looking like one team.

How we decorate polo shirts
Embroidery (the default) · DTF where the logo is full-colour or too fine to stitch.
How long it usually takes
Every one of these starts from artwork approval, not from when the order is placed.
These are typical rather than a ceiling, and every date is confirmed before you commit. Plenty of jobs move faster. If you are working to a deadline, tell us early and we'll tell you straight away whether it's achievable.
Need a handful of shirts quicker than that? Our sister brand, Tiddys, can complete orders in as little as three days when needed, with no minimum order quantities.

A note on setup
Most decorated orders carry some setup - preparing artwork for production, digitising a logo for embroidery, or getting a machine ready for a particular job. It's usually a one-off: once your artwork is prepared and on file, repeat orders reuse it.
Where setup applies, it's itemised on your quote before you commit to anything. You won't find it as a surprise on an invoice.

Common questions
Embroidery or print on a polo?
Embroidery, nearly always. It survives commercial laundering, it doesn't crack, and it reads as a uniform rather than merch. Print is better for large, full-colour or photographic artwork.
Do you have women's and men's fits in the same style?
Yes, most ranges are paired. Getting a mixed team into the same style in the right fits is one of the more useful things we do.
Is the hi-vis compliant?
Our hi-vis polos are sourced to Australian and New Zealand standards. Tell us whether you need day-only or day/night and we'll match the right class.
Can we reorder the same thing next year?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order specifications on file, so a repeat runs from the same files and specs - and skips the proofing step.
