Market Umbrellas
Shade that carries your brand from across the market.
A printed canopy on a market umbrella frame, with a weighted base or water bag to hold it down.
The canopy, the frame and the base are all available separately, so a faded canopy does not mean buying the whole thing again.

The canopy takes the sun; the frame does not. Canopies are available on their own.
None is for an umbrella going into a table hole. Otherwise it needs weight.

Artwork requirements
Large format is read from metres away, so it needs far less resolution than print does - but it is less forgiving about scale and bleed.
- Print-ready PDF with no trim, crop or registration marks on it
- Set up at 100% scale full size, not scaled down. We'll send you the right artwork template for your chosen specs once the quote is approved
- Vector art if you have it it scales to any size and the edges stay sharp. A photo or a flattened logo can't
- Bitmap images at 130 dpi or higher at full size large format is read from metres away, so it needs far less than a business card
- Fonts converted to outlines as paths or curves, so nothing substitutes on our end
- Every image and element embedded anything linked rather than embedded arrives missing
- CMYK, not RGB and if brand colour is critical, send Pantone references from the PANTONE+ Solid Coated library
We'll send you the template
Once you've chosen your specs and approved the quote, our team sends the correct artwork template for exactly that product and size, with the bleed and safe area already marked. Nothing to hunt for, and no guessing which one applies.
Not sure? Send what you have. Our in-house design team checks every file before it goes to press and we'll tell you if something needs fixing before it costs you a reprint. Artwork preparation is quoted separately, and you'll never get a surprise line item.
Common questions
What base do I need?
A 10kg heavy duty base for hard surfaces, or a water bag where you would rather fill it on site than carry the weight. Both together is the safest option for an exposed site. If the umbrella is going into a table hole, you may not need either - tell us the setup.
Can I replace just the canopy?
Yes. The canopy takes the sun and the frame does not, so canopies are available on their own. Same for frames and bases.
How long do they take?
We confirm the lead time with your quote rather than publishing one, because it moves a lot with the material, the size and the finishing. Tell us the date you are working to and we will tell you straight away whether it is achievable - plenty of signage moves faster than people expect.

Send us a sample. We'll match the stock, the finish and the trim so a reprint sits alongside what you have rather than beside it.

Heavier boards, textured and uncoated stocks, laminates, soft-touch. Tell us what you're after and we'll tell you what's achievable and what it changes.
A non-standard size or shape
Square, slimline, rounded corners, die-cut. All possible, and all worth quoting properly rather than guessing at.
