Can I change my order ?

Orders can be modified or adjusted up until the order deadline date. Once the deadline has passed, all orders are final, and no changes can be made.

How to Request a Change:

  1. Contact your school/organisation before the order deadline to request any modifications.
  2. Changes may include size adjustments, quantity updates, or correcting order details.
  3. After the deadline, orders are automatically processed for production and cannot be altered.

For any order changes or inquiries, please reach out to your school/organisation’s designated representative before the deadline.

Where can i pickup my order up from ?

Your order will be produced and delivered to the school. You will be able to collect your order from the school.

Returns Policy

As all items are custom-made for your school /organisation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalisation errors.

If you experience an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item, please contact your school/organisation directly. They will review the issue and liaise with us if necessary.

Important Notes:

  • Sizing Responsibility: Please refer to the provided size guides before placing an order, as we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
  • Defects & Issues: Any faulty or incorrect items must be reported to your school/organization within 5 days of receiving the order.
