Where can i pickup my order up from ?
Your order will be produced and delivered to the organisation. You will be able to collect your order from the school.
Returns Policy
As all items are custom-made for your organisation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalisation errors.
If you experience an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item, please contact your organisation directly. They will review the issue and liaise with us if necessary.
